Kate was helpful, kept me informed as a transaction was stuck in the sending status. I received it almost in 2 hours which is unusual compared to their 15 minutes. I understand it is somehow technical problem but crypto is so fast, makes our expectation higher as it states in NOW! Still great service, we like and appreciate, hopefully forever heart hear heart!

Made over 100 transactions with various cryptos, buying and switching. Never had a serious problem with them. Everytime everything and most of the time a little more arrived.Their fees are also absolutely fine in my opinion for their fastness.The only problems i had were, that some transactions took about 1h+. But to call that a problem is a bit spoilt, which shows how good they are.
