I am extremely disappointed with ChangeNOW's service. They took my money 6 months ago, and despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive a refund. It seems that once you send your money to them, you might as well kiss it goodbye because you’ll never see it again—not a single cent.I contacted them several times, but the only response I got was to share where I got the money or similar questions. After I shared every single detail about my money, their only response was that I had to wait—and sometimes, they wouldn't even bother to answer.They are probably off enjoying a vacation or relaxing at the beach with my money—who knows?If you're considering using this platform to make an exchange, think twice. Once the transaction is initiated, your funds are essentially lost in a black hole. They won't be returned in any form, let alone the one you requested.What was supposed to be a seamless exchange has turned into a nightmare. At this point, calling their service ChangeNOW feels misleading—ThrowAwayNOW is a far more accurate name.Avoid this platform at all costs if you value your hard-earned money.

Have not received any shit fees are too expensive but they say so so it’s ok after 30 min of waiting still nothing not recommended lost my money to these theives still have received nothing after a full day do not buy from them they are a complete scam

First and last time buying I think…Traded ETH for PEPE and I clicked “one tap payment” and sent the payment, it then said “awaiting deposit” for about 30 mins so I went to live chat to resolve the issue, the person on live chat said their was a issue and he will forward my issue to “the team” and it will be resolved within a “few hours”, nearly 16 hours went by so I went to live chat again, the reply took 20 minutes and the reply I got was “by what I can see the transaction was sent and the exchange was completed, so I went back to my trust wallet and that’s when I got a notification saying the funds were received, why did I have to come to live chat for a 2nd time to finally get my money? Also, the price went up 12% within those 16 hours 🤷‍♂️During the 16 hours I wanted to swap more crypto for XRP, I used a competitor and I got the funds delivered within a literal 5 minutes of completing the payment…
