Fraudulent Activity – Blockchain Transaction Proof Available**Dear CommunityI am writing this review to bring attention to a serious issue I encountered with the third-party service **ChangeNOW**, which I had to rely on due to the limited number of available on/off ramps. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of fraudulent, and I urge users to exercise caution when dealing with such services.As we know, crypto was built to eliminate third-party counterparty risk and enable trustless interactions on the blockchain. However, the current limitations of fiat on/off ramps force users like myself to engage with third-party services that, in this case, have proven to be unreliable and dishonest.Here’s a brief account of what happened:- I initiated a transaction with ChangeNOW, sending my crypto from a wallet for which I hold the private keys. - The transaction from my end was successfully completed, as verified on the blockchain through a block explorer. I have the **transaction hash** to prove that the coins were sent with sufficient gas fees. - Despite this, ChangeNOW never sent the swapped coins in return. The blockchain does not lie — I’ve verified every detail of the transaction on-chain, and it’s clear that the funds were never sent back to me. While I was fortunate to start with a **test send** involving a small amount, it’s not about the money but **the principle**. Scamming users, especially during a bull run when many newcomers are entering the space, is unacceptable. I have no reason to make this up, and I’m not the only one who has reported issues with ChangeNOW.This experience serves as a reminder of the timeless mantra in crypto: **“Not your keys, not your crypto.”** I urge the community to reconsider promoting third-party services like ChangeNOW, as they pose a risk to users. These services are supposed to facilitate seamless swaps, but in reality, they can take advantage of users during high-volume periods in the market. **be extra vigilant during bull runs.** Scammers are always lurking, and unfortunately, services like ChangeNOW seem to be among them. As for me, scam me once, shame on you. I hope others learn from my experience.
