I performed a swap through my Tangem wallet and it was stuck in "exchange" status for hours. Ultimately, changenow announced that the transaction could not go through due to "fluctuations", I lost 1500+ EUR in profit due to poor service! NEVER AGAIN!!!

J'ai acheté pour 35 LTC, mais je ne les ai reçus que 3 heures après. Lorsque j'ai payé, je devais obtenir 35 LTC en échange, mais au final j'en ai reçu à peine 34 vu que le prix a bougé depuis. Au final, j'ai acheté 10% au-dessus du cours en comptant les frais et la différence de prix entre mon achat et la distribution

worst and scam exchange. Swap pending from2+ hours and team saying, they can't refund, cancel or speedup. Waiting means waiting, it depends upon system.

The service claims to have no scams, actually scammed me. I asked to exchange 200 Doge coin to 1.97 Trump coin. The transaction failed after 2 hours. I asked for my Doge coins to return. Only to receive 1.18 Trump coins after 8 hours from the first request of the transaction. This is nothing for sure, I lost 45 dollars but imagine you entrust these guys thousands, ten or hundred thousands… The worst service I have experienced. Would never entrust a transaction to them again.
