Reviews about exchanger ChangeNow

The thing that makes changenow so great is how simple and seamless it is to use. Major extra credit for the fact that you don't need to connect any wallets to use it, so it takes extra steps/hurdles out of the way for a user to get what they need. Only critique would be that it took a couple minutes to pull off my recent exchange (~6) which is a bit longer than what my average time used to be while using this platform. That being said, I would easily wait for the quality of service this product provides. 5 stars!

it just works like it is supposed to do! when so many this in this world are designed to be complicated! its good to see that these guys are keeping it simple

you guys are great did exchange for such a low amount which i needed please keep it like this.

I often need to exchange USDC between different chains. ChangeNOW is flawless. I wouldn't trust my money to anyone else. Fees are totally appropriate.

First time using the app, got caught in a predicament where it said it sent my exchange to another wallet that it was not supposed to. Phillip in the chat graciously dealt with my ignorance and frustrations until the problem resolved on it's own. Thank you Phillip. 5 star assistance at 6 a.m.

The customer service is phenomenal, asked for help with a transaction, within 30 seconds I'd been connected with an absolute Saint. Ive had 0 complaints that were within changenows control I've been using it for a couple years or so
