Понравилось удобство приложения, сделано понятно, интерфейс простой. Обменивал уже раз 5, все разы проблем с обменами не было. В целом сервисом доволен. Использовал помимо него ещё несколько, разницы почти не замечаю.

I've been in contact with the compliance department through over 50 emails, and they blocked my transaction due to KYC and traceability issues. I answered all their questions in full, yet after all that, they simply said they would review it. Ophelia Black from the AML Compliance Department at Changelly.com is wasting my time. The company seems to use a very arbitrary policy regarding KYC. If you have ever done a withdrawal they refuse future withdrawals without making a sizable deposit and that somehow just seems immoral

Update as of Monday 20th January:I received the funds back today and I couldn’t be more relieved. Updating the review to 2 stars, but Changelly please please change your KYC process.I recently tried to exchange via LedgerLive to USDC using Changelly and was immediately flagged for KYC. I understand the need for Changelly to comply with KYC and I take no issue with that. The issue I have is both the lack of transparency to their KYC system, and the fact that they seemingly don’t hold the funds in escrow until the process is complete.I completed my kyc within a day and responded to their requests for additional information. Since then, they have refused to give me any indication as to how long this process is going to take, telling me that “the review can really drag on for some time”. The anxiety that caused me is insane, and they could so easily just put me at ease by giving assurance that my funds are safe, and providing a date by which I can expect the review to be complete. It’s a large amount of money and the only information I receive is that the review could ‘drag on for some time’ is not acceptable customer service in my eyes.Additionally on-chain, my funds look like they have just been swallowed into Changelly’s account which worries me. All in all it has made me feel completely exhausted and at my wits end. This experience is completely different to any other KYC I have completed, and the lack of useful communication has really frustrated me.I will update this review as to how the situation continues, or if it resolves.
