I am a US college student and though I've never used Changelly myself, to my horror one day I had almost $90k in savings and stablecoins hacked and stolen, some of which was laundered via Changelly.Unfortunately, even after US law enforcement sent Changelly a subpoena, I have not been able obtain a response from Changelly's support or any updates for 2 years now.This incident has impacted my career and life tremendously and it would be preferable if I could get an update on the hacker’s details per Changelly’s stringent KYC/AML procedures. I believe the frequency and scale of incidents like this now risk severe societal collateral damage and have obvious national security concerns. Investigators informed me that my hacked funds were possibly stolen and laundered by OFAC sanctioned state actors.I am asking and urging Changelly to provide information to US law enforcement and to myself on the transactions.

I sent a payment to the wrong chain and Changelly reimbursed me even though they don't support the chain. It took quite a while to get it back, but they followed up on it and that's real cool.
