They are holding my $16k worth of LTC asking for KYC. I told them that I'm not willing to complete the KYC procedure due to personal privacy concerns. Don't get fooled, once they mark your transaction, you can't refuse KYC, and they will just steal your coin.AVOID AT ALL COST
