Отлично все, обмен прошел моментально после подтверждения транзакции

swapped $250 btc to ltc, was super fast. highly trustworthy and reliable.

I was impressed by the quality of their service.Over a year ago, I experienced a loss of MATIC due to the error of a service provider (who relies on Changelly). Despite it not being Changelly's fault, they were considerate and assured me that they would restore the MATIC once they added support for it.Recently, they successfully refunded the MATIC to me, even though it had been sent through the wrong networks. It's reassuring to see that they continue to enhance their services and address longstanding customer issues that arose over a year ago.

First time swapping coins on my Ledger X via Changelly and I noticed some discrepancies with what I received vs what I swapped. The team was very helpful by explaining the situation and confirming that the swap was successful. They also responded within minutes via email. Good to have a platform that you can trust.

swapped ethereum to bitcoin for a whopping 100$ transaction cost due to the extreme high change rates.using an exchange would have cost me maybe 2-5$.
