Ran into a major problem and don't even have an account and thought, well I'll just try emailing Support describing my problem. Almost immediately, I received a response asking for the Hash & recipient address which I provided. Almost immediately, they provided a resolution. However, I discovered another problem within the problem and emailed Support. Almost immediately they advised me of the problem, cautioned me as how to avoid it in the future and within 1 hr or less, my BTC to XMR exchange was completed! I was astounded by how fast they responded to all my emails and how knowledgeable they were in resolving the issues which were complex, at least to me. Changelly's Support is the best support I have ever ever come across in my many many years of using online accounts. CHANGELLY's SUPPORT are NUMBER 1 and I mean it!!!!
