I have used changelly multiple times now. On multiple occasions it hasn’t worked well for me. I have lost my money from changelly and have not gotten a refund. I want a refund for $200 from my recent transaction! This is why I only give it one star.

swapped 8000 dollars theta to tfuel , changelly has nothing but excuses....done numerous transactions with them and this is the first i have been stung on..They keep telling me to give them more time. i asked for a refund and they said no because the exchange had gone through blaming it on their provider...this is why i only do up to $4000 transactions no mater how big the amount .. i would be careful. I finally got paid after submitting a support ticket. I just don’t understand why they had different excuses. i see your response...ridiculous. if you finally funded me i would not have the transaction id...you made it right...after an argument and be lied to
