Just bought crypto for the first time and was linked here to leave a review. I chose Changelly since you can compare rates from different sellers without leaving the site, and the fees are relatively low. Overall an easy and smooth experience, will use Changelly again in the future

Have just traded Origin Protocol for BSV and transaction went through quickly and support was excellent. Emails were answered in minutes and were very helpful, even tho system said they may take 1 - 2 hours. Recommended.

I am still waiting for my crypto to be successfully sent to my Trust Wallet. Despite chatting with Changelly 3 times i have failed to get any updates at all unless i facilitate them. As of now it has been about 10 more hours and nothing from them in this timeframe.

If I'm being quite honest, I'm tired of making these post but its been 2 years since they've stolen my money and haven't received anything back. If you want to perform a swap and you think of using Changelly, please don't they will just scam you and put you in a loophole. I was promised a "refund" but its been 2-3 weeks and still no refund, these guys are frauds and they have already been reported to the authorities. Stay safe and do not use them for your swaps.
