Used it a few times very happy with the speed.

I forgot to enter my destination tag by mistake and therefore my Exchange went wrong and my fund went on hold. I contacted customer service team and they helped me out with confidence.The team was really responsive and supportive. The only minus was that I had to wait few days to get my exchange completed manually.

I've only now found out about Changelly and it is a true game changer. Works like a bridge to me but easier to use!

I swapped Solana on ledger to XRP and it took approximately 10hrs for the coins to reach my account. This was getting a little concerning and I had thought that I had been scammed because i read some bad reviews,but their support team we calm and reassured me that there was an issue (as usual wonder where?)on Solana side ! and that my coins would arrive and eventually it did. I sent the wrong crypto on Changelly (USDC.e Polygon instead of USDC Polygon)I already had to wait several days for a reply from supportThen I'm told I have to pay $100 to get over $400 back (as if they couldn't take the $100 back or refund me free of charge).So I paid the $100, it's been 10 days and I still haven't received a refund. I'm told it can take up to 20 days, a crypto refund folks lolIn short, big scammers...
