Esto es una auténtica verguenza, hice una transacción de XMR a USDT TRX, donde no me enviaban el dinero y les contacto por livechat, me dicen que hay un problema con la red TRX entonces mi transacción se cancela, hablo con ellos y me quieren hacer esperar 20 días laborales para devolverme mi XMR, cuando la culpa fue de ellos, encima yo puse tarifa fija, entonces estaba puesta mi dirección de reembolso de XMR, pero ellos me hacen ahora tener que esperar mas de 1 mes para recibir mi dinero de vuelta, para que haya una fluctuación de mercado y me perjudique... esto que clase de broma es?
