Changelly failed to complete my transactions to PolyMarket and CoinBase POL wallets, and when I requested a refund, they refused. Are you seriously suggesting that I publish sensitive transaction details, like a Transaction ID, here in this public review? If the intention is genuine, I expect your team to look into the issue based on the provided information rather than deflect responsibility.

Do NOT trust Changelly with your money! I initiated a transaction with them for 1 BTC and provided every piece of documentation they requested – ID, proof of funds, everything. Despite this, they have held my funds hostage for over 24 hours without any legitimate reason or timeline for release. Their support is vague and evasive, refusing to provide any clear answers. This is a classic scam tactic: take your money, demand endless verification, and then go silent.I’ve reached out to my legal team and will pursue every available legal avenue to get my money back. Changelly’s actions are beyond unethical – they are outright fraudulent. Beware of this company, and do NOT let them scam you like they are scamming me!

Arnaque ! J’ai swap du btc en usdt de ledger qui m’a dirigé sur changelly et mes fonds ont été bloqués ! J’ai du envoyer ma pièce d’identité + une photo de moi avec mon passeport et tous les documents nécessaires et il ne mon toujours pas remboursé ! Je ne dort plus la nuit et je suis dans une situation plus que délicate, c’est toutes mes économies et investissements qu’il bloque sans aucune raison après avoir envoyé tous les documents nécessaires ! Fuyez cette plateforme !!!

I mistakenly sent 4k of the wrong stable Token to Changelly during a swap. I got ahold of support right away and was told at the time there didn't support that token so I would have to wait till they do. That was 3 yrs ago but I just recently was reached out to a couple months back for a resolution from them and didn't see the email till last week. The wanted to close the case by sending me 4k of a different stable token they supported. I was happy to accept there offer and just received my 4k back from them. Don't give up guys and keep on them. I do wanna thank Changelly for closing the case though..

I tried to use my withdrawal password and it was denied. I decided to have it reset to expedite matters. I was informed that I would have to pay $300 to get it reset. I don't have $300 so it looks like my assets are gone. I know my password is correct, but this is just another way to get my assets.I’m more confused. I met a person who was using this platform with good results. They mentioned that they would instruct me how to trade. I had accumulated some $17k on this platform. I have no way of knowing if what I described was a scam or a requirement by changelley. As of now my money has been traded away, leaving $7?, in the account. So at this point everything is really moot. I really needed that money but I guess there’s no recourse for what happened.
