In 2022 me and my friends purchased over 4 bitcoin using changelly platform. They held the funds for over two years and blocked the purchase. They didn't release the funds until 2.5 years later for no reason they held the funds. The Bitcoin would have been worth £250k and rather than cashing out. They took thousands from us £££s for admin fees and returned the partial investment. Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk your money!!

I attempted to swap 0.1 BTC to XMR using the Exodus wallet (Order ID: qkvd70ua0fp0i9a4). The transaction remained pending for over two days, and when I reached out to Exodus, they claimed they had no responsibility and directed me to contact Changelly, the API provider. Changelly, in turn, responded saying the KYC verification was incomplete, and after that, there has been no further reply.-> This was my story 2 days ago. However, they made reply today, promised to refund me today. I will update the story.Scam Alert 🚨:Looking at user comments, I found links claiming to offer automatic refunds, such as "changelly. exchange/ recovery/" and "refund. changelly. com. pl/". I asked Changelly to confirm if these were legitimate sites, and they said they are phishing sites. They also do not have Discord. They are all scammers.Let's only use Changelly.com!
