Bought crypto at 21:30 last night, still no sign of it at 15:00 the next day. Lost out on £100's as it was going into SafeMoon. DON'T USE.I've contacted support just before 12pm and no response yet.Will update when it arrives into my wallet.UPDATE:An hour after my review, Changelly requested to authenticate myself to prove i was a real customer. After doing so, my funds had arrived 30 minutes later.I understand there's a large volume of crypto being traded atthe moment so have adjusted my 1* to 3*. I still wouldn't personally use them again though.

The WORST exchange With SwapSpace :I saddly use swapspace (Aggregator) to make an exchange with "changelly" I sent correctly my money to them, and got all confirmals by my side, but they never exchanged !!(The exchange status goes in "exchanged failed")After many many times rushing swapspace , I finally got all informations to contact "Changelly" and try to reach them LOT of times, by chat and mail BUT they never denied to refund my money !!As of now, they are holding my funds ! (More than 4 days for now !!!)Hope this will be solved very quickly now !Note : I will update this rating only if i receive my funds back !!!Note(2) Just for the message of "changelly" today"We encourage you to keep in touch with our team, so they can provide you with answers and updates." >> I am already in touch with you , make many mails but got no reply !!! >> Please REFUND ME !! This is my ONLY ASK !!(Proof that you are not thief !)Note(3) :"Edit: As far as we are aware our support team asked you to confirm your decision in the live chat, but you haven't contacted them there. Do not worry, we would gladly initiate refund once you provide the answer in the live chat"-->> This is totaly wrong, the exchange was done via swapspace (your partner) ,by my side i dont have any access to your live chat.I well confim to swapspace (your partner) my adress for refund my money, now we are just waiting for your prompt action !!!(Read your mails !!!!)Synthesis :After 5 days of worries and sending lot of mails with swapspace and changelly, they finaly REFUND me !!(They just keep the fees, so i receive little less but happy anyway)For what happens to me i will NEVER use changelly again ! Thats why i remains the 1 star to protect other people and prevent what happens to me, this company got no client respect and no reactivity....

i decided to trade some iota with another crypto token, and the only exchange that could do it was changelly. meanwhile trading there was a problem so i contacted with support team, they were surprisingly fast at response and solved the issue quickly, awesome.

I can't shout loud enough "do not use changelly!" I used this service via ledger four days ago. I tried to swap XRP for DOGE. It says it is still pending! Changelly says just wait! For what!? For the price of DOGE to drop %80!? Have patience they say. I say just cancel my transaction and give me my XRP back even though it's dropping like a rock. Something is more than nothing! Do not trust Changelly!!!

Habe erst selbst eine sehr negative Kritik zum Support und der langen Dauer der vollständigen Identifizierung, bzw. der Mittelsherkunft veröffentlich, bin seither (nachdem dieser lange Prozess vorbei ist) aber recht zufrieden mit Changelly. Habe auch eine ganze Menge anderer, negativer Kritiken zum selben Thema gelesen. Deshalb mein Tipp, schließt die komplette Account/KYC Verifizierung ab und sendet schon vorab Dokumente an Changelly die die legale Herkunft Eurer Münzen bestätigen bevor Ihr anfangt zu handeln. Ist das erledigt kann ich Changelly nach meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen durchaus empfehlen.

Bonjour, Je vous conseille fortement d'éviter tout ce qui est relié avec cette compagnie et ses platformes de transaction avec de la crypto. Hier soir, j'ai faites l'erreur d'utiliser l'application SWAP de mon ledger qui utilise la platforme Changelly. Ma transaction était d'environ 3000$ et je n'ai que reçu en retour que 2000$ de ETH. Donc, 1000$ de frais pour une seule transaction. Est-ce que c'est normal que vous voler vos clients de cette façon ou c'est une erreur avec votre code de transaction. J'ai parlé avec votre support et même eux ils étaient surpris du frais de transfert. Je vous demande svp de regarder ce dossier et me revenir avec une solution : 9jor9e8pg7ubkl34J'espère sincèrement que vous pouviez régler le problème comme mentionne par votre support et qu’ils m’ont confirmé que je ne suis pas le seul à se plainte de vos frais de transaction exécrable et à respecter vos clients.Merci!
