Changelly has (frozen) stolen my funds since 15 august, after doing a BTC to XMR swap. They wanted me to perform KYC which I did. Also provided proof of funds from my bank and the receipt of my initial BTC purchase.Still, transaction is under "investigation".It's the longest email conversation I've ever had with any company, currently at 49 messages sent. I only get generic auto responds back like "we are still reviewing".The funny thing is, the transaction is only 360 euro rofl (now 700 after BTC price increase).Not your keys, not your crypto. Please avoid and use a DEX exchange instead of changelly.Also changelly please stop saying my funds are connected to illicit illegal activity. I bought it from the swedish crypto exchange btcx with my own visa card verified with elecronic ID. Just return my funds to the original btc address if you think its "illegal" activity? Oh no right thats off the table since you guys want to steal the money instead 😁

Обменник использую несколько месяцев. Понравилось, что обмены проходят всегда быстро. Работа поддержки обменника на высоте, задавала вопросы по поводу обменов, отвечали быстро и по делу, за это отдельное спасибо. Использовала два других сервиса до этого, они работают тоже хорошо, но там уже несколько раз средства задерживали, что крайне неудобно. Здесь пока всё хорошо с этим.
