First of all, Changelley is GOD SENT! (Regardless of which God you believe in, it was your God that sent them 🤣). I started using them and Got into a pickle since I forgot to input my transaction ID. BOY WAS THAT A MISSION! The Changelley Team took care of me like a baby. Not only did they refund the transaction, but they were very secure about it. I also just tried to exchange XLM to XRP, but failed since XLM is “down for maintenance”. The gentleman by the name of Alex, definitely helped me understand the issue. Changelley is DEFINITELY one of the BEST exchanges and I WILL FOREVER USE THEM. I was skeptical about this exchange at first because I thought they scammed me out of my BTC when I tried to convert it to another token. I submitted my issues with the Support team in the app and they solved my issues by manually converting my BTC to the token I applied to swap. I will continue you to use this app.
