Yeah, so I like never leave feedback unless it was a short and simple thing on eBay. I’m more the type just to click on a few stars and call it a day, but I have to write something on this one. Wow! …what an exceptional customer service experience. First, let me give a little backstory… tried to change up some crypto and forgot to put memo id… 🙄smh. Called my Exchange and they wasted no time in telling me yeah it’s lost, sorry. Rep couldn’t even give me a possible next step I could take. Nothing… just sorry. I spent about all of 15min trying to accept the fact I just lost all that money… ugh🤦🏻‍♂️. Anyways, I said to myself hmm, maybe I could just reach out to Changelly and explain the dumb dumb move I just did. What’s the worse that could happen… they say the same. Had some hope, I did send it to the address, just without the memo id. Maybe just maybe they could help. Here comes my favorite part :) … I sent an email to support, super quick response. Didn’t expect that. Not talking the automated one, a real response, immediately after automated one… inquiring about problem. Rep. was pleasant and professional. Thank you again for that 💫☺️ Really feels comforting when you feel the person genuinely wants to help resolve. After providing necessary details, they said they will escalate and have resolved within 7 business days. They did it in 3… Received an email early morning on the 3rd business day. THANKS AGAIN!!! :) I was so happy with the experience, I had to go check out what this pro version was about. Always loved Changelly cause of the simple, straightforward interface. Knowing their customer service is on this level, bumped the trust factor way up ⬆️ for me. Yep I’m sticking with Changelly… period. Y’all Awesome!!… continue the great work. ☺️ 🙌🏼 🍻 . …oh and let this be a vicarious lesson to all in need. Make sure you double check that any requested id is in place before finalizing. Triple check if you have to. Never get comfortable. This is a problem you just don’t want to have. Super sucks.

SCAMMED ME $10,000!!! DO NOT USEWhen I tried to change BUSD to ETH I selected the ONLY busd that came up on the app. I sent $10,000 to the address they provided and after 30 minutes still didn’t receive it. When I contacted support they told me I’d sent it to BUSD erc-20. I provided them with a screen recording video as well as screenshots to show the ONLY ONE BUSD came up so how can I select a different one??? After going back and forth they told me it’s not recoverable. So I spoke to Binance customer support who told me they can see the funds but only Changelly can contact them to get the money back. I sent these screenshots to Changelly support email who told me they can’t retrieve the funds and refuse to contact Binance. I know they have my money in their wallet and can get it as I’ve been told by Binance but they refuse to. Their response to my email was it’s my fault and I won’t get the money back. HOW when it was the ONLY busd option to select on the app and I’ve proven that with screen recordings?!!ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT USE THIS APP OR COMPANY. Their identities are unknown for a reason. You cannot find who the owner of this app is and the small amount of positive reviews you see are blatantly fake and paid for by them.REPLY:I’ve been in contact with the email you provided. They are useless and continue to say it’s my fault when I have sent EVIDENCE of a screen recording and screenshots that the app only showed ONE BUSD to choose from. Which their reply is that I’m lieing. VIDEO EVIDENCE of a screen recording doesn’t lie. This further proves that this company is a scam company and does it to many people. Reviews are paid for and fake.

I swapped ATOM for DGB and I did not add the memo. Contacted Changelly and although my fault they were able to work with Coinbase and retrieve the swop. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I tried many unsuccessful ways to swap/buy XRP. I learned about Changelly, tried it and it worked wonderfully. It was easy and fast. I'm definitely a fan now.

I used changelly to exchange my xrp on coinomi, but i never reaceved any fund back !! Now i am already waiting a really long time. They said that they going to sens it back in the exchange rate of that time. But nothing happend yet !! So now i am going for a next step. I give changelly 7 days to send my xrp like they said back to my account. Otherwise i will send this to the media, and informate my lawyer about this… i hope that I reaceve my xrp soon backI will delete my review when this problem is ended !!I still get the same answers, they dont send my xrp direct back to my wallet, I want it back like how i transferred it to them….They send me this beforeDear D.Thank you for providing the address.
