Normally this review could have been a 1 star, but Changelly customer service kicked in very quickly and was able to save the transaction and me as a customer. The system thought I needed a MEMO field for a RVN to BNB transaction, but my BNB destination didn't require it. Changelly sent me an email right away on the failed transaction and requested more information to process it. I sent back a screen shot of my destination proving it didn't need a MEMO field and they pushed it through right away. It was all done over email and only look 15-30 minutes because they and I were quick to reply. Problems Happen, but they fixed the problem very fast, and that meant everything to me.

Changelly had very reasonable fees and a quick (5 -10 minute) turnaround for the trade. I'm very satisfied and I only paid 50 in fees where I would have paid closer to 450 to convert in the coinbase wallet. I would highly recommend this site
