EDIT: 17 DAYS BEFORE A REFUND-NO REASON FOR DELAY GIVEN OTHER THAN WE CAN AND DIDN'T WANT TO PROCESS IT SOONERI was a happy customer until now. Small transaction failed on their side- quick notification of the failure and I responded quickly with the refund address. No refund and delay responses/tactics when asking for status. No reason for a delay- it's under $100. Just process my refund and stop stalling. Finally received a reply after this complaint that says this can take up to 7 days to be processed. Now we're way past 7 days. Why no refund? I don't know- you'd think that would have been the first thing they said. Set proper expectations at the beginning and while I wouldn't have been happy I would have waited. They've already lost me as a customer due to HORRIBLE customer service experience and attitude. i AM SO THANKFUL THIS HAPPENED WITH A SMALL TRANSACTION AND NOT A LARGER ONE I HAD PLANNED FOR LATER.I hope others see this and AVOID them. There was absolutely no impetus or desire to provide a refund.RUN AWAY AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Хочу поделиться отзывом о платформе changelly.Использую их обменник около года, не часто. За этой время сделал около 10 обменов. Обмены проходили сразу, проблем с задержками не было. Не думаю, что обменники чем-то принципиально отличаются друг от друга. Этот (как и многие другие) — хороший вариант для обменов. Буду продолжать использовать пока.

Удобное приложение для обменов, обменять моно почти любую валюту, делается всё просто. Приложение рекомендую.

Dont ever use that service.I used it for a while and was fine but on my last swap they decided to hold my funds until complete a kyc which is complete nonsense for a site like that. Basicly stole $100You got way better alternatives than this site for sure, please dont use it

This is one of the crypto companies you can actually trust . I send twice to the same address as my copy past didn't work well and they process my exchange manually fixing my mistake . If u think its common in crypto industry good luck ! Thank you Changelly !!! 5 stars !!!

Did a simple swap from ledger using Changelly, did so in the past with amounts of 30k and 40k USD and without any hassle. This time I swapped 150k and got put on hold. Passed KYC grudgingly but within minutes. Now I am caught in a maelstrom by AML compliance, complied with all demands of proof of funds, even about unrelated transactions. Sending daily friendly reminders and get noncommittal responses along the lines of "please wait". I walked into this trap blindly. I expect a fair warning BEFORE a swap is executed and then put on hold. I expect a transparent and speedy processing of straight forward AML cases. I expect Ledger to step in to improve this situation. I feel sorry for the Changelly AML compliance team as they have to face so much despair from customers. The process and resources need to be enhanced for a better customer outcome. Sending you love, peace and seasons greetings, after all it is just money, not worth getting emotional about. Still it provoked me to write my first trustpilot review. ===Update Jan 9th, 2025, after a month of agony my funds have been released. Maybe the AML team is overloaded, but my funds got released after I asked them to provide me with the address where my funds are being held hostage, mentioned that a transfer of my BTC to a HitBTC address is a bit peculiar and they better not cover up a botched outsourced transaction that went awry by stalling me with an AML smokescreen, since KYC/AML is mostly automated through Sumsub these days. Maybe also my GDPR DSAR request to Sumbub (responded within a day) and Changelly (no response) helped, or my Email to the CEO Jake_ Cormack@changelly. I do not know. Keep up the good vibes!
