I recently sent some digital assets to changelly to have it converted and forgot to send the memo ID (which means it did not go through).I contacted the support team and they immediately followed up with me and assured me they will make sure I was refunded the correct amount. It took a week which kind of sucked but they were there anytime I had questions regarding the issue. Definitely will continue to use them.
