The fees are absolutely fair and the transactions are fast (dependent on the blockchain, of course.But what I really want to point out is their super duper support team. Just recently, I missed to type in the required destination tag. My transaction got stock. In was shocked and panicked. Changelly support team reacted immediately. The response time was very short and their responses were written in a very personal and comfort spending manner, even though I bothered them with a lot of emails.Changelly resolved that issue in a couple of days. I truly recommend this platform!

As I was exchanging my coins, I forgot to add the destination tag after realising my mistake I was sure my coins were gone , I contacted the support team and to my surprise , they replied almost immediately. Scam alert. I have been scammed by Changelly for about 5 btc. I have successfully completed kyc. Every time I satisfy a request they demand another. Never ending game. A good way to keep people's coins for themselves. I have been playing this game for over 5 months. I'm hiring a lawyer, no choice. Anyone been victimized by Changelly scam please talk to your lawyer, we will file a joint lawsuit against Changelly and it's owners to make them pay back and stop their scam.Furthermore, after submitting my review I received a request for more information from Changelly. However, when clicking on the link, I get expired link.Coinomi has dropped this fraudulent company from it's app, which is a positive thing. But it's not enough we must file a joint lawsuit to expose this scam and drive them out of business. Please contact me if you are a victim of Changelly scam.
