I rushed into making a payment with Bitcoin and did not follow instructions.. I entered the wrong receiving address and my payment seemed lost in the Block Chain. I don't mind gambling and losing .. but I do mind not gambling at all and throwing money away. Hours later I contacted support with the transaction id # and they immediately responded.
