Very nice company!I had a error and some funds got sent to a wallet from changejelly 2 years ago, and i was really grasping for straws where the funds were sent, i kinda remmembered changejelly so i sent them a message and not only did they respond, they helped me through the entire process of getting the funds relocated to the correct account! It could have been so easy for them to ignore my email or simply say "we have no records of this transaction" but they didnt. Super company! such quick and amazing support!

I started an exchange on the 30th of May and it completed after at least 6 chats on the 3rd or June 2024!!!Their system could not detect the memo because of a Space included. I sent the TX Hash and they still took over 3 days to confirm it! I asked for a refund of the $ATOM sent but they decided to go ahead and send the BTC at a fixed rate. I asked what day's rate is being used and how much would I get? I was given a figure and told it had been sent. I waited over 12 hours and had to contact them again before I finally received the wrong amount! I have wasted too much time to try and correct this!!!
