Horrific platform. They took my money And wanted an identification check, which I did and cooperated with everything, but since then they are not giving back my money. The customer service is very bad they don’t give an update or let you know what’s done with the case (I think they don’t do anything). The only thing they say is “we are reviewing your case and will come back with an update.” But they NEVER give me an actual update or email me by themselves, they only give useless responses when I email them. It has almost been 3 months and they still haven’t given me any updates and stole my money!
