Changelly just stated to me that they do not operate in the US. So they will not sell me XRP and they returned to me less than half my money. They have put in their pockets $2000 and returned to me only $1700. The security team is not answering my emails anymore as well. They stated they have the right to do this, that it is in the terms and conditions. The support team is turning me back to 'security' and 'security' is not answering my emails and apparently have decided to keep $2000 (over half my money.
