Contrary to another review, my problem has not been resolved for three days and counting. The chat service wastes your time asking questions just to tell you in the end “email us”. The email replies “ we forwarded to back office”. And blank, no queue numbers, no more info. It is common for exchanges to “return to sender” when an exchange has not happened within their time limits, I am now over that limit and nothing has been returned.PS Eventually I did get a ticket number for 77c5grb1cln6dcjk , it shows in my history as "payment not received", but also payment not returned I will add.
