Scam!Got scammed by a company and the payment that was made with MoonPay (on Changellys website - they suggested to use MoonPay through their website) should never have gone through. According to their own website (and the law in general) they shall prevent money laundring and illegal activites and the payments should never have gone through. I've tried to contact them several times but they just answer that it's not their responsibilty. But it is, and their lying and I had no anther choice than contacting the police and a law firm that specialize in these kinds of frauds.

Changelly is one of the best online Crypto service sites out there. Very helpful Tech support. And they do this because they just care about the little guys? I cannot exactly figure it out. The fees cannot be making them rich, then again maybe it is made up in volume. In any case, the help is much appreciated and so far has been right on with every question I have ever asked them. Thank you Lee and Nick and a couple of others who have helped before have also been awesome. Keep up the good work.

I made a $400 exchange and the cryptocurrency didn’t arrive to my wallet instantly and I worried. I contacted support and they were quick to look into it. They told me it just might take awhile, surely enough 10 minutes later it arrived. Great customer service.

I just had signed up with another company to store my crypto currency in. I had used Changelly to transfer a portion of 1 currency to the other and on my own fault didnt realize the fee attached would need to be factored in additionally to the total being sent. I had seen the transaction showing failed. They told me it was because the amount wasnt enough to cover the fee but could apply it the amount and push the transaction through for me. I am very pleased and the enthusiasm and attentiveness to help. Very satisfied!
