Hello Changelly is directly related to bitexchanger.live? Or is it just an exchanger, just a scam between exchangesI know that you cannot exchange your bitcoin through bitexchanger.live, but that with Changelly you can safely exchange cryptocurrency through them?

Absolutely great customer service. Was a little bit iffy on exchange and running into problems. Unfortunately problems arose when I didn't meet minimal transaction because of market fluctuation and it did not complete. Fortunately they have great customer service and they were able to resolve the situation in minutes. Highly recommend exchange.

Over 2 months ago I made a trade using Changelly which was never processed correctly. In the meantime I have been told over 10 times I need to be patient and I will get a refund...but no refund has been received nor an insight when I will receive it.After this post 2 days ago initially Changelly denied having transacted with me. I sent to proof to Trustpilot of the transaction and today I have received my refund from Changelly. Not sure whether this is a coincidence, but happy to have my refund. I did miss out to the DOGE coin rise due to this issue and it took too long to get solved, but being honest posting that my money was returned.

I am cleaning up old accounts and consolidating coins when I found a coin that few exchanges carry. I was able to retrieve the coin into a wallet, but then what? I discovered Changelly that serviced this coiin. I exchanged the coin and sent it to my main wallet. It was so quick and easy. When I was a little nervous, I chatted with the representative.
