Been using Changelly successfully, but today I ran into an issue when exchanging from a third-party site. Contacted Customer Service and was astounded when I got a reply in less than 1 minute. A dozen emails later the issue (not Changelly's fault) was resolved. At a time when 99% of customer service sucks, these folks rock. Highly recommend.

На кошельке EXODUS были у меня ltc, решил обменять на xrp. Кошелек для обмена использовал сторонний сервис Changelly, который получив мои деньги заморозил обмен. На требование возврата денег обратно на кошелек отказал, сославшись на процедуру KYC. После того как я прошел успешно верификацию данных, завершить мой обмен или вернуть средства не захотели. Такое ощущение, что захотели деньги забрать себе или пустить их в оборот, заморозив их. Потребовали доказать от куда у меня litecoin, после подтверждения о выводе средств, начали искать за что зацепиться и не отдавать деньги. В истории кошелька xrp, на который я совершал обмен, нашли операцию за 2019 год!!! , и потребовали чтобы я доказывал и ее происхождение. Только благодаря тому, что у меня на електронной почте сохранилась квитанция обмена за 2019 год, удалось доказать или Changelly просто не нашли за что еще зацепится, деньги мне провели. Обменник, на мое мнение, ищет все возможные варианты присвоить деньги от обмена себе, ссылаясь на KYC (другие обменники даже соблюдая эту процедуру не доставляют столько не удобств и риска)

I exchanged 2 BSV coins with Solana (SOL), and it gave me the estimate of 1.29549 SOL at first.It took more than 16 hours to exchange, and it ended up giving me 1.2123437 SOL. This is 6.8% less than what it gave first. 6.8% worse rate is not an acceptable margin in trade, considering the original rate already has about 2-3% fee.meaning that if you use CHANGLY, you are likely to pay about 9-10% in fees, which is A LOT.
