I was reluctant to use a site like Changelly - I thought there would inevitably be some kind of problem or delay, or I'd need to jump through hoops.But I was wrong. Everything worked flawlessly, and was very easy and quick. I can't believe how easy it was to use. I'll definitely use again should the need arise.

Did a swap of 1 BTC to USDT, Been waiting for 60 days now for my swap that has been freeze by changelly. Recently I’ve been speaking to LiveChat Bot in Changelly. They been saying that I need to keep follow up with the Compliance Team and might need more add-on documents. Well, what else should I provide? I have did my KYC in sumsub and submitted my Bank statement and provide the source of funds. Also, is Japan consider eligible to use changelly or no? Because I registered KYC with my Japanese ID. Just need a simple refund from changelly.
