I needed to contact Changelly support regarding a crypto swap that was on hold, and they have been holding the money for 2 weeks and don’t want to give it back.They respond to the message only with the same thing, that we will contact you when we check. Apparently they don't really want to return the money.

I exchanged ADA for BTC. Took about 20 min. It went perfectly. I was super worried b/c I hadn't used or herd of Changelly before, but I took a chance on a test exchange then on a large exchange. Both exchanged without issues.
