They hold my order (ex0bec60e31126) more than 1 week without any reason. my order status was confirmed move to exchanging status for 7 days. I try to contact online chat to figure out what happened but they didn't told me.----------------------------------------------------They said my funds are in a blocked account. Hello, I hope this email finds you well.The rest of this message reflects my personal experiences. The price conversion price is fair and you have an affiliation program.service is excellent; however, require the affiliate program is not beneficial for the average person, it only benefits those who are likely institutions, I'm an average person. I researched this because to be able to withdrawal my affiliate earning the arrangement is discouraging because its is unfair. I did the math and I have learned I would have to earn $370 from 0.5% reward from using your services from my transaction bonuses in order qualify to to withdraw. I requested a 2% instead of 0.5% the way that arrangement is offered to larger entities and was personally denied. With 0.5% cash back I'd have to convert $74000 to be able to withdraw m affiliate perks (unrealistic). hiss insight comes with a bad feeling rather than being and enjoyable arrangement and feeling like I'm a part of company that motivates me. It has a bad feeling this arrangement. It would induce loyalty if the rewards were high or there were bonuses. It would also be better if every $20 you could withdraw affiliate rewards. It would improve morale and loyalty to your service rather than knowing others have special privilege of 2% while the average person get minimal rewards despite there effortis. it's a bad feeling even thought your service does work well. I hope this was constructive feedback. I'm glad you exist and your services are excellent with except of 0.5% cashback which affects my loyalty to your company as I would receive payment for many years even thought I use it several times a week. Actually made the trade on a Fixed rate and I got exactly what was displayed. Was a little slow but thats expected these days. Trade had need about 2 hours to complete. I am overall pleased with this trading platform.

Not my first time using Exolix, but had an issue as I used Binance Pay instead of the normal BEP20 network transaction so the exchange didn't go through and I had to contact support.Their customer support used translations to communicate, so there was some misunderstanding because Binance Pay doesn't have TxID...but after a day it has finally been resolved and I got a full refund back. I just successfully exchanged using the BEP20 network and it went through fast and smooth!
