The transaction went through but it took over an hour. Makes you a little nervous. Customer support did respond in a timely fashion, though.

This is a great service and usually don’t have any issues. This time however when I was logged in, the BTC to BSC conversion said it wasn’t available, tried multiple times, help channel wasn’t able to really help. Only when I was logged out and used it as a guest user did it work, not sure why. The user interface when logged in looked nice but again, it didn’t work while it did work as a guest.

I accepted the support (chat) and the problem was solved. After support confirmed that the transaction was successful, I looked for the problem elsewhere and I found it. Support is friendly and helpful.
