Es hängen seit einigen Tagen 3 meiner btc bei changelly fest. Nachdem ich mich an die Plattform gewandt hatte, dauerte es noch eine Weile, bis man herausgefunden hat, weshalb die Transaktion, bzw. der Tausch in wbtc nicht vollendet wurde.Man wollte KYC durchführen. Nun habe ich den gewöhnlichen Prozess durchlaufen, jedoch wurde die Transaktion noch immer nicht vollendet. Nun wollte man noch die Herkunft meiner BTC bestätigt haben. Da mich Bitpanda vor einigen Jahren rausgeworfen hat (hatte in D Immobilien verkauft und wollte das Geld in BTC tauschen - bei den Summen hatte man dann wohl Angst vor Geldwäsche), kann ich ältere Käufe nicht nachweisen. Ich konnte ihnen Kontoauszüge aller Überweisungen auf diverse Plattformen nachweisen, habe ihnen einige Transaktions-ID´s geschickt, die meinen Besitz von mehr als 3 BTC nachweisen. Es kommt immer wieder die Mail zurück, dass ich exakt diese 3 BTC nachweisen soll. Da ich in den letzten Jahren nicht mehr so viel nachgekauft habe, kann ich im Moment nur ca. 2,5BTC aus den letzten 3 Jahren bei Kraken nachweisen. Es gibt keinen persönlichen Kontakt, nur immer wieder die gleiche Standard Mail. Ich kann von der Plattform nur abraten. Wenn man in der KYC Falle sitzt, ist man offenbar der Willkür ausgesetzt. Wenn man sich die positiven Bewertungen ansieht, dann kommen die auch fast nur von Usern, die lediglich eine Bewertung hinterlassen haben und nicht verifiziert sind.
