Whilst not the cheapest option (for me at least), it is one of the best VFM crypto exchanges with a wealth of tokens to buy & swap... I use it often as it never let's me down. worth the couple of extra pennies for the quality service.

I sold a personal asset 5 months ago and was paid in ETH. Later, I attempted to make a swap on Changelly. BIG MISTAKE—Changelly blocked my funds without ever explaining why. I used Ledger's internal swap feature, which connected me with Changelly for a transaction exceeding $10,000. To my surprise, the transaction was immediately placed "on hold" due to a KYC (Know Your Customer) request. I promptly provided all the required documentation within an hour, including proof of the origin of my cryptocurrency.However, over 10 days have now passed, and I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. The only responses I've received from Changelly are vague and repetitive, such as: "Your case is currently being reviewed. We will contact you again as soon as possible."This lack of transparency and communication is deeply concerning, particularly given the significant amount of money involved. At this point, the process feels more like an act of withholding funds than a legitimate compliance check.I will update this review if Changelly resolves my issue, but my confidence in their ability—or willingness—to complete this transaction is diminishing. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has left me questioning the reliability of their services.My swap ID: b3g8jt0qodubmzunUpdate: Although I did all the proof I got a mail from the Compliance team that I'll be blacklisted from this swap and all other swaps in the future.
