Changelly referred me to Simplex to buy some Crypto, 4 hours later (3:09 am) I still have not received my Crypto. When I contacted Changelly they told me to contact Simplex, when I contacted Simplex I was told to wait for 1 or 2 more hours because of technical issue.I suspect that my Crypto is not being released because the rates that I bought at are not currently (4 hours later) as beneficial to Changelly & Simplex.I have been conned of €1800Please stay away from these fraudulent companies as they will go through great lengths to defraud unsuspecting customers & blame “TECHNICAL ISSUES” for the fraud.
