I swapped ETH for XLM on Ledger Live at the quoted rate and the exchange was confirmed as complete. However the payout/sending was flagged as pending. I waited for more than 2 days and after raising a ticket with them, they confirmed the exchange was complete and it was only a technical issue on the payout but I shouldn't worry, their engineers are working on it and soonest I would have the XLM in my account. However, whey they finally paid, it was less 11.7 XLM. I queried and they claimed it was a floating exchange and the exchange rate at the time of resolving the "technical issue" was different. They are fraudsters scamming people of their funds using "technical issue" to hold the transfer until the exchange rate favours them. In my case, they stole 11.7 XLM using the "technical issue" pretext.Will never use them again and would advise everyone to stay away.Update: below is their correspondence confirming the completion of the exchange only to later claim the amount reflected in the completed trade wasn't the actual payout. Сервис знаю ещё давно, но начал использовать только около года назад. Перешёл с биржи поэтому могу говорить в сравнении. Радует, что это надежный крупный сервис, всегда можно получить помощь поддержки сервиса. Большой разницы с другими сервисами не заметил. Единственное — здесь мне лично покупать монеты удобнее, нет ничего лишнего в функциях. Пока что сервис вполне устраивает, использую не так часто, но буду продолжать здесь.
