I converted BSV from an Android edge wallet into BTC which Changelly deposited directly into my Trezor hardware wallet. The entire transaction -- from beginning to end -- was simple, elegant, and quick.1. Choose your currency pair2. Tell them approx amount you will send3. Give a wallet address to receive the flipped coinsThey request an email address so that they can send an update and inform you when the conversion is complete. Although they send you a password, you don't really need to use it unless you want to login and see your transaction history.You don't need to identify yourself and the email address can be temporary or anonymous. I used a VPN. Changelly doesn't seem to care that my transaction came in through a shared server.I disagree with Hunter Richards (a separate customer review shortly before mine). He withheld one star because he is concerned about the security of that initial password. It is sent in the clear. Yet, you can complete your transaction on your first visit (before getting a password and before logging out). The password is only needed if you wish to use the same account for a future transaction.One needn't think of this as an account. You can treat every transaction as an anonymous one-shot deal.I found the entire process thoroughly satisfying.

My first transaction was fast with no problems, I made a second transaction and it got delayed on the blockchain thinking it was Changelly’s fault. I spoke to their customer support, they were available immediately and were extremely professional. After helping me thru the delay, I saw that my funds had arrived in my wallet. Like many other reviewers here, I wanted to exchange Bitcoin SV for regular Bitcoin since Coinbase doesn't support that type of transaction. After finding Changelly.com through the Bitcoin SV homepage's list of exchanges supporting BSV, I signed up and put in my walled ID. Sign-up was quick, the interface is good, and my transaction was completed in about half an hour, with my BTC deposited into my Coinbase wallet. So, Changelly.com worked as I expected and provided me a useful service for a reasonable price. Thanks!The only reason I don't give five stars is because their sign-up process is a little *too* polished: I gave them my email address and they mailed me a password. I don't know whether that means they're storing passwords in plaintext, but it does mean that there's *some* computationally inexpensive way to get them back out again, which AFAIK is less secure than other ways of storing passwords. I changed my password and turned on 2FA on my account as soon as I saw this, which is a nice feature to provide. Especially for something dealing with money, I'm surprised they implemented their passwords this way, but I hope they have a good reason.
