If you are exchanging your coins beware of the following:1) the rate you will receive is highly punitive and a lot of your value goes to Changelly - you lose2) certain coins cannot lock rates and when you exchange you may think you’re getting one rate. It when it finally confirms you will probably get s-crewed. I had a rate of $34.73 BTG and when it finally “confirmed” it had dropped to $30.33. Over a 10% loss.3) just move your coins to an extra Schaefer and do NOT use this service.Follow-up Note:After almost 8 hours the transaction is still not final. And my estimate of 14.6 BCH looks to now be 13.4 BCH although the my confirmation says 14.6 BCH. When I inquired with the “support” team in the Changelly app I was told “we’ll notify the development team”. Not sure if that is code for we stole 1.3 BCH or not but I would give this app 0 stars if possible but at least I can warn ANYONE considering using this service to BEWARE as you WILL lose money with these people. I was under the impression the algorithm would cancel the transaction if the rate deviated too far from the original estimate. Just go on an exchange and save yourself time and money and avoid the headache of watching your money literally disappear into their pockets.3rd UpdateI have been trying to communicate with the “Support” team to really hit a brick wall. Traded crypto quickly, easily, and for free. I didn't need any confirmation; all I did was send crypto to the address it gave me, and it sent crypto to my wallet. This platform supports so many different altcoins too. Very useful. I even made a mistake and didn't send enough ETH for a transaction to DOGE, and it was handled fairly quickly and I still got my DOGE transaction finished despite not sending the minimum amount of ETH required.
