I’m having a very bad experience at this moment, I made two swaps, almost 24 hours ago, huge amounts. I choose floating rates. First trade time between entering the swap and receiving was (1 1/2 hrs, also according to hash). Rates went up 15%, though I got 10 % less.Second swap still hasn’t arrived!This is ridiculous, I will never use this again, better send it to an well known exchange and trade it there and send it back to your ledger as you wish...Also contacted the help chat, they could not help me they said. Although I insisted, I would get an email with possible help. I still haven’t got this email, and I did not get my swap!!This truly is ridiculous...Edit after first reply Changelly:@changellyWhy do you only want to hear about my second swap? Why are you not referring to my first also, it is a big problem. I call it theft!After I went in the chat for the third time and gave my transaction id on the second swap, they ‘the team’ now to see what they could do, and immediately the funds were on my account, what a surprise.But again, mega difference in the rate.I asked of all the the exact times of the transaction and changelly gave me all, the rates do no relate. We are talking about thousands of dollars difference!So, as a ‘service’ it is sent to another team, I just have to wait 20 days for them to figure it out.Great! Where in reality i got 11899 USDC less, changelly would like to refund 5268 USDC. They showed me their calculation, i have to pay 878 USDC on fee's, for this one and only transaction!I accepted the 5268 just to have something back and to never use these robbers again!They promised me per email on july 16th it would take a few business days to refund.still waiting.How ridiculous, never never use Changelly guys, don't do it!

I've just swapped thousands of TEL for Dash over a couple of hours. No issues. They post on the website each stage of the transaction and email you when completed. They have good customer service online on standby (webchat) if there are any issues. A rarity in the crypto world.

Terrible support! I am trying to remove 2FA which I never enabled the first place, after submitting a ticket a week ago they always ask me different questions to verify that the account is mine, the bad thing is they only respond once every two days.I send lots of affiliates to this service and my affiliate income is stuck because of this. One of the best, fast and reliable crypto exchange site have ever seen. I wonder why people are complaining that their email is being used without their consent, I don't think this site is capable of that without someone using your email on the site.

DO NOT IGNORE THE 1⭐ REVIEWS, BUT DO IGNORE THE 5⭐ BECAUSE THOSE ARE NOT LEGIT! I have been using them for a little while and it's nerve wracking every time I do. Same thing ended up happening to me that seems to be a reoccurring event with these guys, a "FAILED TRANSACTION" with a half-a** excuse for it. I was to send $30 in ETH, which I did, and was charged $18.28 in gas, which I paid, but it was instantly FAILED. I chatted with customer service & the tried to tell me that it failed because I didn't send enough!? I obviously have the proof that I sent it correctly, so I FAIL to see what they're talking about!? A FAILED TRANSACTION SHOULD BE RETURNED NOT KEPT! At least, that's what's happened with EVERY OTHER failed transaction. I ended up going through coinbase customer service instead to get it back because these scammers have no intentions on returning anything. I would seriously take the 5⭐ reviews with a grain of salt if I were you otherwise you too will be leaving a review about how YOU have been robbed by these guys due to a "failed" transaction.
