Changelly was an option, among various exchanges on the older versions of the Ledger Live app, so after analyzing a few of them, I picked it. It's intuitive interface was easy-to-use, which is what attracted me first, plus I looked at the former reviews and people just have nothing but good things to say about it. The site fills me with a sense of confidence when handling my money and exchange needs. Have to say, this is the only exchange I've ever used since I've been in the space 6 months. Support team is right on point. Thank you for a great service.!

Needed to change BSV since it was not tradable on Coinbase or Binance or other similar apps. Sent in BSV and got ETH in return in 1.5 Hrs. Was easy to use and worked as expected.

Once you feel comfortable with sending Crypto from wallet to exchange, exchange to exchange etc., which can be nerve wracking in the beginning, you'll appreciate the ease that this site offers. It's quick and convenient... Nice to be able to exchange crypto without having to open up new accounts on exchanges just for that one token...

They have expert technical team, i entered by a mistake their address, as a recipient on my wallet. Then i chated with the support team and they got me calm that they will do their best to refund it as soon as possible. Now here we on and after 3 days they refunded it. they are honest, clever and I trust them. Really thanks changelly team.

After an internet loss interrupted a transaction in which I failed to receive Harmony ONE I was exchanging, Changelly Chat Support was able to complete the transaction immediately and was able to assist in a problem with receiving email. Changelly Support exceeded my expectations so I highly recommend them. After several transactions I am pleased with Changelly !!!
