À fuir, support catastrophique d'aucune aide alors que le tort leur incombe, je m'explique.Je souhaite faire un échange de BUSD contre de l'ETH mais malheureusement ce n'est pas possible comme indiqué lorsqu'on clique dessus à la différence du USDC ou rien n'est mentionné donc je décide de swap mes BUSD contre des USDC pour faire l'échange contre les ETH tout se déroule parfaitement bien jusqu'à ce que je constate qu'au final les fonds sont bien arrivé mais bloqué sur la binance smart chaine et que le seul moyen de les débloquer c'est qu'ils doivent importer leur wallet ETH sur Metamask ( 5 minutes maximum montre en main ) pour pouvoir ainsi récupérer les fonds mais le problème c'est qu'ils ne veulent pas se donner la peine de le faire excepté pour ceux ayant souscrit à "Changelly PRO" (FAQ), donc en gros raquer encore pour espérer voir ces fonds débloqués, pour ma part je trouve ce procédé déplorable et lamentable.Concernant la réponse du support "Vous êtes le premier qui souhaite échanger du USDC de la binance smart chain contre de L'ETH alors on n'a pas pris la peine de le signaler comme pour le BUSD" Très pro de leur part !De là j'ai cherché d'autre plate-forme dont je ne citerai pas le nom qui propose cela avec bien plus de transparence et de bienveillance.Donc pour ma part plus jamais Changelly, à proscrire.EDIT : Problème enfin résolue après 1 an, ça prouve qu'ils sont honnêtes et comme on dit, mieux vaut tard que jamais, merci

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered when doing anything crypto related. Customer support for this company doesn't even bother to look into your issue and just tries to wipe their hands of the problem. Let me explain cause thats a bold claim. I have screenshot proof of the support email confirmation and proof of transaction (link to my personal cloud storage): u.pcloud. link/publink/show?code=kZ7AAwXZ8kPKk6ho4JLTt8Mb82jP1khOv1AV) that I sent my string to Changelly's account. Yet they have claimed that they don't know the account. Even though I have screenshot proof that it is on their website. Rather than looking into the issue properly I got two emails back saying that it wasn't there problem... I am using Linux, a high privacy Firefox, it is impossible for a "copy pasted" string to somehow be wrong for some reason and inflicted by malware. It's just the nerve of customer service to treat clients with such disregard just so they can not bother to do their jobs properly. You would expect this maybe of a coffee server, but not a large-scale cryptocurrency selling platform support person. You would think the standards would be much higher as it involves money and legal consequences for actions on a grander scale.It's not about them stealing, it's that their support being so atrocious that they lie straight to your face. So frightening that such a large company can just deny they have your money and laugh at you behind a PC thinking there is no recourse.Absolutely horrifying that support would just "not check" the code I sent to check whether it was inhouse for Sell option. Never had such poor service before in my time using crypto. Avoid them if you can and use a competitor service.After three emails over two days, they tried to hide behind the notion of "oh contact our third-party provider for those kind of trades, we dont store that information on changelly databases" to paraphrase. But as you can see from the first screenshot I provided them, that anyone looking at that screenshot could instantly see it was a sell transaction and even the stupidest customer support person would be able to see what kind of transaction it was and direct someone to the right place instantly.It may be that their "human emailing" is done by a bot totally and they have no staff. Cause no human would be so stupid as to not noticed that... right? Mercuryo then repeatedly asking for a mobile number, even if you didn't use one to signup to Changelly. Because Mercuryo themselves require a mobile number for signup to their website. Sigh.

Used Changelly a few times during this year and all transaction went really fast. The process was nice and easy. I used only web version, but gonna try the app soon!

I've exchanged some ethers for ZIL today, and the process was finished in about few minutes, without any hassle. The fees were reasonable, and the service was straightforward.I don't know about buying or selling yet from this site, but the exchange is pretty good, and they offer many pairs of cryptos.

First time user of Changelly via the "Buy / Sell ADA" from the Yoroi Wallet. Registration and KYC verification seemed to go OK and I did a first transfer from my UK bank. The money can be seen on my mobile banking app. as having left. That was at 16:00 Wednesday. It is now close to 08:00 Thursday and the Moonpay page is still showing as - "We're just verifying some of your details and will send you an email shortly..." - that was more than 12 hours ago! The site claims - "Low fees, easy verification and speedy transactions." - I don't think any of these three things are true. I contacted Support with my issue and I got a template email back with no other suggestion than be patient - it clearly said they are not able to expedite any issue. I find this weird. I am not being asked for further information, the money has clearly left my account - so where are things now?UPDATE: Changelly / Moonpay Support is advising me that a transaction they tout as being a few minutes to a few hours can actually take up to three working days!?!?! I have reminded them that the payment screen I went through clearly said - "Instant bank transfer".UPDATE 2: In further conversation it seems they are not concerned about this timeframe (they've also now mentioned "1 business day") but my point is that none of their site mentioned this kind of delay. And the transaction tracker is no help whatsoever - it is saying some kind of verification is happening - which is absolutely not the case. They have just advertised a transaction as taking "a few minutes to a few hours" when they actually expect it can take 3 days! If this had been transparent I would not have chosen this route.UPDATE 3: In the end Support were actually helpful to me - I've just received an email - "Your transaction has been cancelled" - which I think is fine in this kind of situation. Changing my star rating to 3 for this.

first time user. I had difficulties with a couple of my transaction not going through and failing. The support team were quick to reapond, and were able to fix the problem. Transaction are easy and quick.

Changelly responded to my emails asking for help immediately. I mistakenly used an incompatible wallet to receive Maidsafe coin, and they were really patient with me while I stumbled along the process of setting the proper one up. Another thing I messed up, was doing a XLM-TRX swap by not including the memo for the transaction while doing the confirmation. I reached out to Changelly, sent them the details of the transaction, they went in and manually pushed everything through and it all got corrected within a day. I’m very satisfied with their support and customer service. P.S.I read through these other reviews before writing mine, good and bad, and it seems like the negative 1 stars were still helped out. Maybe I’m just biased, but as far crypto to crypto exchanging, they really took of me when I messed something up and needed help. I would deft recommend Changelly for an exchange platform.

I made the mistake of "replacing" the BTC transaction I sent to increase the fee. This ended up causing the initial transaction Changelly was waiting to get confirmed to never arrive, and the BTC from the second transaction arriving in the Changelly wallet instead. I contacted their support, and after several days they issued me the full refund. Their support was very understanding and helpful along the way.
