I am a big fan of Changelly and it is my #1 swapping platform.They have a ton of coins available. Just recently, I missed to type in the required destination tag. My transaction got stock. In was shocked and panicked. Changelly support team reacted immediately. As I was exchanging my coins, I forgot to add the destination tag after realising my mistake I was sure my coins were gone , I contacted the support team and to my surprise , they replied almost immediately. I emailed the support team back and forth with information and screenshots and after a couple of days i received all my crypto back, I highly recommend this company, very good company for the future.
