Used the currency exchange on Jaxx wallet. Despite the fees it said I would have and despite it saying the amount may vary the money I got back was actually 22% lower than what I put in to exchange. I understand a few dollars off, but 22% is insane.Absolute joke of a company. I have been trading crypto for about 5 years now and this is without a doubt the biggest feeling of being scammed I have felt and that is including the time I spent £200 on a coin that completely died. Imagine that. Imagine being worse experience than that.

It was the first time I had used the Exchange and caused a transfer of Bitcoin to fail due to me not being completely familiar with the Changelly process. I decided to click the "Chat With Us"- button and was immediately assisted by the most helpful of teams who within minutes arranged for the Bitcoin to be transferred as expected. Binance.us (which the customer service said is where they determine the spot prices) currently has BTC at $47,625, when I start to Buy BTC on Changelly, their system tells me the "best price" they currently see for one BitCoin is $51,987 (a $4362 markup from what I can buy 1 BTC elsewhere).They say their fees are only .25%, but in reality their fees are .25% + the hidden spread of $4,362 on one BitCoin, which is another 9.15%, for a grand total of 9.41% in fees.

Not paying attention I over looked the memo needed to complete the transaction. This could of resulted in my funds being lost forever ,but the helpful staff recovered my assets and forwarded them to me. Thats not the best part. they gave me back my tokens and not just dollar value. the real beauty was BNB had gone up from $70 to $127. So when I got my coins they were worth nearly double the value. No fuss pure great customer service and support. Thanks again team

Changelly blocked my trade because of volatility. Their website states thwir policy as follows: "Volatility is a part of the crypto world. Exchange rates fluctuate every minute, and this phenomenon may affect your transaction, namely the final amount you are going to receive.Update: My money was refunded in its entirety. It was expedited as well by compared to their refund policy which was the best i could find for comparison. Look, i can be upset that things didn't work correctly the first time. I can have anger because i missed out on early action. Did I get what was a reasonable response from the company after take a few extra steps? Yes, I did. Its not out of the realm of possibility that this was a mistep a company can learn from, but however I still lose some time and sanity over the affair.When exchanging funds at a floating rate, please be aware that if the rate at the time of execution significantly deviates from the estimate, there will be a 1 hour cool-off period for the rate to get back inline or the transaction is cancelled altogether."However it has been 5 days and my fund have no been returned. They contend that they'll process my trade when the exchange comes back in line with their estimate, however there is no timeline or limitation to that, at all. When i asked for my BTC to be returned they wanted to claim 20% of the initial investment as a return fee for services they did not render. Do not use them for exchanges. They use deceptive practices and basically blow smoke up your bum when you complain. Avoid changelly at all costs. I'll be refering my experiences with them to state and federal agencies.
