better to use built in exchange function on Exodus. This company quotes you one rate, even when you execute the trade immediately, their platform takes so long to process the exchange, you are exposed to those fluctuations. In other words what they quote you is not necessarily what you will get out in the end, Recently transact TUSD for ETH, was quoted 83.124244 ETH and they only sent 82.6651548 ETH - that is loss of around 0.5 ETH. Absolutely sucks when you are on tight margain. Have the screenshot to prove it.RESPONSE TO CHANGELLY:Total BS response. Everything is volatile in todays market - fiat currency has price swings all the time, so does precious metals. The issue here is that your platform took so long to process the transaction, during that time price changed. Secondly there is no transparency when the exchange is locked in to note that the amount recieved is subject to change, that caveat is burried away in the small print hidden away under your terms of use, Thirdly why did your support only come back to me after the incident to tell me to rather use the mobile app as this has a fixed-rate exchanges feature? Your response is a load of rubbish. You owe me 0.5 ETH. Its time to report your company to the EU consumer trading standards, as no doubt you still made your money off the trade.
