Changelly customer support was excellent in recovering an amount I sent that was under their exchange threshold. Recovered the funds through the hash of the transaction and even exchanged it to the proper currency that I was seeking.

Had trouble with exchanging BTC to ETH on Enjin. The transaction didn't go through as intended. Thought I lost the funds for good. But the support staff helped me and ensured me the funds will be returned (less the transaction fee of course). Good to know you have credability in this crypto exchange.

Really good service. I once forgot to write in the memo ID when i was switching BNB to ETH and they managed to recover it for me. It took 2 weeks but they didn’t make me lose value due to price change.

I realize they're not the cheapest exchange out there, but you get what you pay for. In my case, I made a mistake. I sent the wrong token to a public address. For much of the crypto world that means the funds would have been lost, and I would have been out of luck. Changelly was quick to respond to my ask for help, and they recovered the funds on my behalf! Do you know what that more than covers? Their fees.

I recently messed up a transaction in multiple ways. Changelly’s customer service went above and beyond to fix my mistakes and process my exchange. They even went as far as to contact me before fully executing the transaction because they wanted to make sure I was okay with the current exchange rate. Changelly has become my go to service for exchanging crypto. Keep up the great work!

I exchanged £61.40 worth of Tron into Bitcoin and got only £39.69, this is extortionate that's over 30% in fees!Response to Changelly: It is not that complex using custodial exchanges and fees are typically 1-2%, 30% with you crooks is daylight robbery in anyone's bookUpdate: Changelly has asked for proof of experience to try and take my review down.This is how bad actors behave and Trust Pilot let it happen.I have submitted the info, but I will probably have to prove it further, I have screenshots of account access and transactions as I know what comes next!Please be aware of this guys, they frame it to say to make sure you have had an honest experience, but the bad companies use it to remove your reviews!!!!

These guys are legit I’ve been doing crypto exchanging with them for a couple years now. Everyone I’ve had a issue they’re right on it. One time I even sent BNB for exchange and forgot my extra id. They were able to recover the funds in the amount of time they told me they would . Highly recommended thanks

A crypto hedge fund

We are a licensed hedge fund. We sent some coins (value $1m) to Changelly, and after 3 days they are still holding our coins, stating that they must complete "KYC & AML" procedures. This despite the fact that we already completed these procedures in 2018, and made over 50 high volume trades through them. We sent again the complete DD package, but they completely ignore our emails, and keep answering with the same standard text. They also ignored our request to return the coins if they are unable to complete those supposed procedures. They proved to be highly unprofessional, and we will no longer do business with them. They used to provide a good service, but evidently that’s no longer the case.There are much better exchanges out there.Update: they completely stopped answering our emails.After another 24 hours this is what they wrote:“Your applications are being reviewed. When there are some updates, you will be contacted.Thank you for being patient and reasonable!”Always the same copy/paste, no answers to my questions.Is it unreasonable to ask questions to someone who is holding $1m belonging to you?New update in reply to Changelly: all the documents (already provided in 2018) were immediately sent again 3 days ago to you. We sent you the corporate documents, fund license, passport of the UBO and even the fiat to crypto trade reports from the OTC brokers used to buy BTC (Cumberland and Circle). The BTC wallet used to send you the coins is the same we have always used for trading with you. You are simply finding excuses to keep $1m. The matter is being reported to the competent authorities as you have misappropriated our funds and caused us significant damages. You are a disgrace for the crypto community. You just hide behind “KYC&AML” to misappropriate clients’ funds. Don’t even try the excuse that you are “abiding to the law”. You are either completely incompetent or SCAMMERS. The following questions sent to the Changelly “Security & Anti Crime Department” remain unanswered:1. Confirmation that you are in possession of the btc sent;2. Explanation as to why the transaction has been “flagged by your risk scoring system”;3. Explanation as to why the USDT has not been sent to destination yet;4. Explanation of what your “AML & KYC verification” consists of;5. Explanation as to why you requested the same verification documents that was already provided by us in 2018.11 Jun 1300 GMT: despite messages sent by email, LinkedIn, trustpilot and Reddit we have not received any answer and our $1m is still illegally kept by Changelly.11 Jun 1345 GMT: report filed to Hong Kong police:The report/application has been sent.2021-06-11 21:45You have reported / submitted the Report Cyber Crime form (Ref#ERC2106111036989). The matter is now receiving attention by the Hong Kong Police. The responsible officer handling the matter will contact you when necessary.At 1800 GMT they finally released the money. It would have been easier to communicate instead of forcing us to even go to police.

I've used them for a while and always got what I expected.Yes, you pay for the service, but that's business. That's why they are here. They don't do conversions for free, and nor should they.The costs are present clearly before conversation, so you know what's involved. Recently, I attempted a conversion, but forgot the memo/reference. Meaning it would have been lost.Support was quick to address the issue, and did a full refund (minus network fees). They were always clear on expectations, and when deviated, they were quick to explain reasons.I truly recommend them for crypto conversion. Just be aware that this is a business, and you should expect to pay for it. However, they are well priced and we'll worth it.
