I have changed 32 eth on May 19. This day was a hard for ethereum, it’s network was overloaded. So, my transaction late for 3 hours and the price of eth was changed in my side - I should receive more than program actually showed me (about 5 500 USDt more). that is why I connected with support, they opened case #282317 - and the remaining assets, that I could not expect until network overloaded - was kindly send me on my wallet. Great honest job, changelly!!!

On June 24, I wanted to exchange 0.3 BNB in exchange for 93 DAI, but I forgot to indicate the extra id when transferring. I have provided all the necessary screenshots confirming my transfer that the support service requested and I was promised a refund back in 7 working days. However, the funds have not been returned for 12 working days, answering in the letter with standard phrases. I do not recommend anyone to use this application, because in case of an error, your funds will simply be stolen!Transaction ID DsotagCO0f6lKLPSUPD. three more days passed, the money was not returned.Output: Changelly is scam.

I was converting bnb to btc, didn’t realize the memo didn’t paste. Reached out to customer service on email, it took 4 days to reply, they asked for a bunch of screenshots. I didn’t understand which ones were needed, so I kept sending them in asking if this was the correct one. Each reply took 2-4 days. After 2 weeks of this, they finally said in 7-10 business days the money would be transferred. Then 14 days came, no money. I emailed again, to which they replied I hadn’t sent the needed screenshot, I chatted in at this time (I didn’t realize this was an option before the original email,) they helped me get the correct info sent to their tech dept. I was told another 7-10 business days. I emailed them at day 12, to which they said they were working on it and be patient. Well I waited an additional 12 business days. They told me they understood my frustration, but there was nothing they could do. I kept replying because at this point it had been 40 business days since the original 7-10. All of the sudden, they had “emailed me 10 days ago asking for permission” false. I sent screenshots of the chat, emails, etc saying no the last time I was asked permission was nearly 2 months ago. They proceeded to transfer my money, not telling me that it would be the market that day, I assumed since I gave them permission 2 months ago, it would go based off of that. Nope, my $1300 is now $532. I emailed back asking why I am down $700, and this was their reply, “ Dear Customer, You have agreed to and confirmed the procession at the current rate.Changelly has fulfilled its obligations here.Sincerely, Changelly support team.”It took 47 business days to receive my money from them, then because it took them so long, they went off the current date. Wish they would have disclosed this before, I would have said absolutely not. Lesson learned will never be using this company again.Update, they’re flagging my review because I won’t send them anymore information. What’s the point when they’re not going to do anything? How about instead of harassing people further, you accept your poor reviews, reflect on them, and be less of a scamy company.

I'm using changelly for almost 2 years now and i have to say that the service is top notch. If you have a problem with a transaction, you will be helped right away on the live chat support. That's how it has to be.

First of all, I'm not a customer, so I'm not able to review the quality of the providing crypto services, but the Sign-up process is alarming corrupted....In my case, someone used my email address to set up an account without my approval and used it for a transaction. Customer service tried to downplay the incident and tried to persuade me the error is on my side, although I use 2FA, VPN, having latest updates, etc. Now reading here, many unlucky fellows faced the same problem.Besides, I had to reopen the conversation three times while they promised me to reply shortly. The answers weren't in any way satisfying or helpful. Rather, it showed a horrifying state of their internal processes. Biased by this incident, it looks to me like this service is made for attracting fraud.EDIT -- COMMENT ON REPLY: I did not intend to share this information, but unfortunately I need it to make an argument to their actions. Trustpilot asked to provide further information on a voluntary basis to help changelly. That's fine, but since changelly had already written a reply at this point, I didn't pursue. Besides, I can assume it is easily to map this complaint to the internal customer service ticket due to name and this post. Nevertheless, changelly has flagged my review on this platform for deletion, because "they are not sure I have had a genuine experience with them".Here are the facts of my experience and you can judge by yourself:I had a dialog of 24 mails with customer servicesFor account creation they sent a password in plain text by a non-encrypted mail. You can create an account using common trash email services.In their reply they say this incident leads to "minor inconveniences" for the user. Guess whom law enforcement will prosecute, if fraudulent transactions are done by this account.Customer service wrote me they are not able to tell if someone gave consent to the Signup process. However, I do not want to exclude the possibility of being attacked by scammers. But it's not wise to point the finger fully to the user when having theses issues.
